I recommend, the best apartments in La Mata. They are close to the beach, shopping opportunities, sitting in cafes and restaurants is also close and within a pleasant walking distance. Apartment amazingly furnished with new furniture, large terrace with sea view. Excellent communication and an amazing owner with a human approach. 100% satisfaction.

We stayed at la mata 3, amazing location very close to the beach, great apartment amenities ( umbrellas, beach chair, trolley bag for shopping... that's above standard for me). Very comfortable beds and great bedding. Two toilets a big advantage... quiet location absolute silence for sleeping which I appreciate. Great service( shuttle from the airport to the apartment). Our electricity went out as soon as more than two appliances turned on, which the owner probably doesn't have in his will, probably a problem in Spain in general. The only minus for me was the climate was poorly handled, but I believe the owner will improve it in the future.... For me one

Accommodation I definitely recommend Rent Apartments Spain Torrevieja - La Mata near Míra Hlaváč. We are staying in La Mata 1 two adults and two children apartment size just right for 4 people. Amenities awesome appreciate definitely washing machine and vacuum cleaner plenty of towels and kitchen equipment. Nothing is missing here you have sunbeds and umbrella for the beach balls for the beach for the kids and body surf also very much appreciated The apartment is clean and the local people in the house very nice It's a short walk to the beach about 2 minutes which is great The beach is sandy clean and there are sea waves,just right I would say neither small nor giant just to goof off ideal.Appreciate the promenade around the beach for a morning run absolutely top! There is a higher concentration of people on the beach you have to take that into account,this area is famous. Every Wednesday there is a local market to the salt lake or the water park you can walk or take the bus which is also great. There are two supermarkets and a pharmacy right next to the accommodation. There is a swimming pool with a lifeguard.The overall facilities are ideal for all ages.

Hello everyone, we stayed at La Mata III, this apartment has a large lounge with kitchen, also the advantage of two toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped, additional beach equipment in the form of chairs and umbrellas. The beautiful sea location is within two minutes walk, nearby are various restaurants, grocery store, bakery. During our stay we rented a Volkswagen golf, excellent car met all our expectations. Only I would like to warn everyone to think in advance if you don't want to take the car with you from the airport anymore, because then getting back to the airport by two buses, which seems fine, was almost a superhuman task.

Two such minuses one was the electricity, when we were cooking something the air conditioning couldn't be turned on or when doing something in the oven on the stove nothing could cook. And the second was the poorly placed air conditioning.

Otherwise we were very happy with the accommodation and the kind attitude from everyone who dealt with us.

We are very satisfied, the apartment La Mata II is located two minutes walk from the beach, there are plenty of restaurants and shops, all at reasonable prices on the apartment we were even 5 adults with 3 children and we slept perfectly. The apartment has a washer and dryer, equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a large terrace. Seamless and fast communication with the owner! Arranged transfer from and back to the airport We were even able to rent umbrellas, sun loungers or for example a ball for the kids. Everything as presented to us in advance was a reality. I stress again that this is a great option for a holiday with or without children. I would have liked to write some realistic minuses as well, but there really are no minuses.

We recommend 10/10 and will definitely recommend it further!

Have a nice day, we stayed in the apartment La Mata V (if I'm not mistaken). A little further away from the sea, but with two great pools that we had almost always to ourselves. The accommodation and amenities were great including the backyard equipment or kids toys. I guess my only complaint would be the faux fiber sheets which got pretty sweaty and stained.

There were some technical issues, but communication with Mr. Hlavac was lightning fast and the problems were fixed very quickly.

As for the transfer, everything including securing the seats went without complications even considering our strollers and bags.

And there was one small drawback, we had one key to the accommodation when we split up and had to deal with opening the main gate to the "complex" in different ways.

Despite the small imperfections, we were very happy and enjoyed our holiday beautifully.

The accommodation and transfer from/to the airport are highly RECOMMENDED.

Greetings to all who are planning or thinking about La Mata Beach apartments. We were with a family of 6 adults and 2 kids in the La Mata 3 apartment(balcony view of the sea-little bit)beach equipment chairs, umbrellas) The apartment was clean, beds very comfortable.Beach maintained, more crowded on the weekend with locals but nothing crowded.On the beach right shop with all kinds of goods (we went for drinks) Just next to the pub(window)Mrs. Natali very nice from 12 to 16

Few dishes but all great, we have been several times. Also other pubs fine and many offer 3 course lunch menus. Shop in town, veg and great bakery. All a short walk from the apartment. I guess we have nothing to complain about, Mira has it all perfectly laid out. Transportation to and from the airport was also absolutely fine with Mr Mark. Also transport to the centre of Torrevieja by public transport, we went twice for €1,55 super.

Highly recommended to everyone, we will definitely be back. Thank you

We recommend the apartment and the overall service.The apartment was perfectly prepared for us, clean.The transfer from and to the airport was on time.Thank you very much for a wonderful ten days. Since La Mata is mostly apartment houses, the beaches are not crowded. There are plenty of restaurants around the boardwalk that have great food. There are small grocery stores, a pharmacy and markets every Wednesday. Thanks to the rental car we had in town, we drove around the attractive places in the area. There are beautiful sunrises over the sea. Over the salt lake (a few minutes walk from the apartment) again beautiful sunsets.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beach facilities. Sun umbrella, chairs, ball, inflatables.
