Represented by the executive: Miroslav Hlaváč

(hereinafter referred to as the intermediary) mediates the conclusion of time-limited rental contracts for holiday apartments on behalf of and on behalf of the current owners or persons authorized by them (hereinafter referred to as the landlord).

The travel agency Apartmány Spanielsko.eu acts exclusively as an intermediary.

The intermediary receives information from landlords and tenants in the name and on behalf of the individual parties. The intermediary is authorized by the lessor as the general intermediary to accept and confirm reservations, receive due payments and fees as well as apply cancellation conditions and provide explanations on behalf of the lessor.


2. Binding, non-binding reservations

The tenant can reserve the selected object orally, in writing, by message, online or by email.

To make a binding order, you need to send a written message to the intermediary (by letter, email or message) and the intermediary will send back a written confirmation of the reservation (by letter, email or message) to the tenant.

Online bookings become effective upon confirmation by the intermediary. The reservation is valid for all persons named in the reservation.


3. Payments

For a binding reservation, a deposit of exactly 50% of the total amount is due.

Payments must be made in the required currency by the deadline specified on the invoice.

If payment "on the spot" is possible, payment is made in cash upon collection of the keys. If the payment is not made by the specified date, the lessor has the right to cancel the reservation.


4. Number of persons, capacity of the facility

The rented object must not be occupied by a higher number of people than indicated. The landlord does not have to accommodate the extra persons or can charge them separately, or the tenant can evict the tenant without compensation due to a violation of the lease agreement.

It is not allowed to spend the night on the property in a tent, caravan or car.


5. Obligation to participate

The tenant must immediately report damage to the object or complaints regarding the description of the object to the owner or administrator.


6. Basic and final cleaning

Basic cleaning includes removing leftover food, washing dishes and kitchen appliances, and disposing of trash.

Final cleaning can be calculated separately or already included in the rental price according to the description of the object.

Unreasonable mess will be billed to the tenant additionally.


7. Cancellation terms

The tenant can withdraw from the reservation at any time before the start of the lease if the deposit is not paid.

If the lessee does not start the ordered stay, the intermediary is responsible for 100% of the price of the total stay.

If the tenant provides compensation for himself, the order is processed in the classic way.

The transfer of an already booked stay to another object or date is charged a fee of CZK 1,000 and cannot be carried out within 30 days or less before arrival.


8. Withdrawal by the lessor

The lessor may withdraw from the rental agreement if the fulfillment of the agreement has become impossible.

In this case, he will offer the tenant an equivalent object.

If the replacement object cannot be secured, the intermediary will return the entire payment made in connection with the order.

The tenant is not entitled to any further compensation.

The lessor may withdraw or terminate the lease if the lessee permanently violates the terms and conditions, acts contrary to the reservation contract or does not pay the rental price within the due date.


9. General tips and instructions for guests

Equipment: Holiday apartments and houses were built and furnished according to the owner's personal taste.

Some are furnished simply and purposefully. When hot water is supplied by a boiler, showering depends on the capabilities of this device.

Description of the objects: The descriptions in the catalog on the website are based on the data of the owners and correspond to the state of the information at the time the catalog was compiled.

Arrival and departure: Arrival and departure takes place individually, the specific time of arrival is indicated in the voucher/reservation contract. Arrival outside working hours is charged with a one-time surcharge of €20 to the credit of the owner.

Beds and storage spaces: Extra beds are usually pull-out beds or sofas. The storage spaces are not very large.

Grounds: Many grounds are natural, which can lead to insects. Garden furniture does not always have to correspond to the maximum occupancy of the building.

Pets: Information about the possibility to bring a pet with you is given in the property description. Permits are usually valid for one pet, for which a fee may be charged.

Distances and opening times: Distances are estimated by the landlord and serve as a guide. The opening hours of various facilities may be seasonal.

Complaints: If the services are not provided properly, the customer has the right to demand rectification from the accommodation provider. It is advisable to make a complaint in writing. CA is not responsible for the reception and quality of the television signal and Internet connection, for the quality of drinking water and for construction activities in the vicinity of recreational facilities.

For our clients, we offer airport transport services to and from the airport for a fee of €60 with our driver (payment directly to the driver on the spot). We also have the option to rent some of our vehicles at the accommodation for approximately €30-50 per day. You can find more details in the car rental section.

Our property manager will give you the keys to the apartment upon arrival and explain everything. We require confirmation of the reservation date. Shortly after, you will need to pay half of the total cost of your stay. This payment should be made to the account specified during the booking process.

As soon as the payment is credited or you send the payment confirmation (e.g. on weekends), I will delete the reservation date. This is done to prevent this data from being traded on ads, bookings and Airbnb. So it is binding for us!

After arriving at the apartment, you will have to send the remaining amount within two days. Final cleaning costs, €75-€100 depending on the size of the apartment, are automatically added to the accommodation price and will be divided equally. We can also issue an invoice for accommodation.

CAR RENTAL

Payment instructions: After confirming the reservation, you will receive an exact calculation of the price of the vehicle rental.

Please make the payment for the vehicle rental to the account specified at the time of booking.

The reservation will be valid immediately after the payment confirmation or after sending the payment confirmation (e.g. on weekends).

You will receive a confirmation message.

This completes the payment process.

You will then receive instructions for picking up and returning the vehicle.

Please include a photo of both sides of your ID and driver's license.

Note: Please obey speed limits, proper parking and all traffic regulations in Spain.

Any fines incurred on the day of the rental will be addressed to your address.

CAR RENTAL - pickup/return:

Here is a brief description of how our car rental service works directly at Alicante Airport:


Booking confirmation: After payment and sending photos of your documents (driver's license and ID), we will send a confirmation message.

Vehicle preparation: Inform us about the reservation the day before arrival and we will wash and prepare the vehicle for you.

Shuttlebus: Upon arrival, call +34 663 395 339 and a shuttle bus driver labeled LowCostParking.es will pick you up from the lower parking lot of the departure for BUS and Shuttlebus on numbers 1-5 and drive you to his car in just 2 minutes.

Handing over the vehicle: Report the vehicle number plate or show the booking form you received from us at the LowCostParking reception. They will then hand you the keys and the parked vehicle. All vehicle documents are inside the car. You don't have to worry about anything else.

Departure/Flight: After departure/flight and full fuel, arrive at LowCostParking, park your car and return the keys to reception. The shuttle bus driver will then take you directly to the airport.

Quick and easy process: The whole process only takes a few minutes, so you don't have to return the vehicle too early. Relax and enjoy your vacation!

Note: Please obey speed limits, proper parking and all traffic regulations in Spain. Any fines will be addressed to the driver/client based on documented evidence.
